Dear Mr. Massood,

Thanks for replying to my earlier post, I am working as Research Assistant for my supervisor since Sept last year, but I was paid $ 200 /Month In the form of RA and the rest was coming from University Scholarship. My supervisor is willing to give a letter stating that I was working as full time research Assistant ( Which is true).

Please inform me whether the work experience is calculated from the money that is paid taking minimum wage as the base and calculating Number of hours worked from that or The letter from the employer stating that I was working full time?

Looking forward to your reply

Regards
Pankaj

number of hours, not salary.

Pankaj,

Not to ridicule or belittle...........after all English is not our mother tongue - and even if it was, not everyone has command over the language..........but to help a fellow Indian:

It is not haurs, but hours, and
you intended to write whether, not weather.

We all make such mistakes, but if someone points it out in a friendly manner, we tend to be more careful next time.

Chandresh

I intended to point those out but refrained ... Chandresh, you are brave and well done for having the courage to do so. Further, I always think less of those posters who don't spend some time typing/writing properly or at least reading their own post. If they can't be bothered, I can't be bothered to help them.

It's only through constructive criticism that one can improve. Every little helps!

I believe in helping the community even at the cost of being misunderstood or misinterpreted.a

But you rightly said, if they can't be bothered, why should you be bothered!
