"The whole world knows about it" is another way of saying there is no proof. Everybody can rant all they want, the fact is several cases were filed against him and the center tried everything in its power to implicate him.

Actually, there were a lots of people killed in the riots and it remains a dark chapter in Gujarat's history. There. So your claim about me is wrong, at least.

As I've said before, the premise of AAP is good and necessary for India. But they'll only muster trust with strong leadership and it is my opinion that Kejriwal is not that, at least not currently. And under weak leadership like his, the effort will sputter out eventually, which would be unfortunate.

Good to hear so, but dont you think a good leader will take responsibility of such loss of life due to negligence and lack of control over his governance. Moral responsibility to start with, is'nt it ? which he did not. So Modi belongs to same clan of politicians who will stick to there chair EVEN if there is tremendous loss of life under their regime.
On contrary Kejriwal, failing to bring delhi lok pal to reality , despised being on chair. a failure is a failure and a good leader will accept it.

That was the major lack of governance in history and he still enjoyed chair and they are talking about AK governance for 49 days where there was not scam, no loss of life, no crime etc. All he did is resigned and that is considered as major non governance.
It seems that value of life is not important in india. Killing thousand innocent is okey and no one should take responsibility of such killing but if some one resigns in 49 days is a big crime and should not be in politics.
A successful politician is one who runs in A/C car with tight security, travels in helicopter, cannot meet face to face, spends thousands of crores in advertisement and publicity. This is for both big parties politicians but if a politician sleep on road for safety of women and to get police responsible in area of crime is a failure.
Sometimes I wonder why we talk about India's corruption, crime, lack of education and health care if we cannot accept someone who is ready to work for these cause.
We need to fix basis things first and then talk about globalization, fdi etc. Basis things are:
1) Safety
2) Clean water and electricity
3) Education ( Government School)
4) Health ( Government hospitals)
What ever so called free we gets in Canada is available in India also. I am talking about education and healthcare. We have government schools and government hospitals but we don't go there.
We need some who can change system.

I did not talk about proofs and evidences .Like I said in a corrupt legal system like India's they can be easily compromised ..
My q to you needed a simple answer - Do you believe Narendra Modi committed excesses during the 2002 Gujarat riots and abused Govt machinery to execute Muslims ?
Answer in a simple Yes or No and that will determine further course of this thread ..
