This is ridiculous. 35 Crores exchequer money gone in drain. India will never be free from clutches of these goons. BJP is playing congress.

'Some goals are so worthy, it's glorious even to fail.' (Param Vir Chakra awardee Lt. Manoj Pandey)
You mean we should wait for more time so that MPs spend longer time in 5 Star Hotels ? This RTI was in limelight in Jan 2015, no action is taken since then.
Nobody is trying to put Modi down, He is getting all out support from whole world including NRIs like us hoping to see some ground level development as per his promises, but nothing in sight in last one year other than the discoveries after discoveries that his own house is full of crap and not so different than congress rule.
Development and advancement in the country will come with a culture of making sacrifices and providing service to country by top leaders first but seems like Modi's team is busy serving themselves and Modi continues to play Manmohan on various issues.
Will wait for another 4 years, what else a common man can do ... and yes I agree many Indians, particularly not so hindus, saw Modi as last hope but disappointment is seeping in now. High time he should brief his team.
If Modi is really serious why not make these and other MPs stay in these hotels for their entire period of 5 years?
Of course, the government must do hard bargain with these hotels by calling for tender and make the most economical choice when it comes to tariff. They must be able to get tariff at around Rs.1000/ per day, since they do bulk booking and that too for 5 years. An entire floor can be reserved for these MPs.
By this, the cost of providing security, maintenance and staff salary for the bungalows would come down drastically.
When farmers are committing suicide, why should our MPs deserve anything better.
An amount of 35 crores must be nothing for Modi or Jaitley. All they have to do is raise the fuel prices by another Rs.3 per litre, like they have done now and blame it on international prices. The rich and the corporates are not going to complain. Modi and Jaitley very well know what is good for these rich b**s will be piles for the common man. But still they continue with this Robwithouthood. Shameless politicians.

New Delhi: India announced a slew of austerity measures, including a 10% cut in certain types of government spending and curbs on foreign travel and conferences, to meet its deficit-reduction goal amid slower-than-estimated revenue growth and spiralling expenses.
The government is aiming to narrow the nation’s fiscal deficit to 4.1% of gross domestic product (GDP) for the current fiscal, a goal that has been termed as challenging by economists as well as the government, prompting the expenditure-reduction measures on Thursday.
