My wife had some sort of pollen allergies and has been affected every spring/summer for the last few years. Last fall, she started Yoga and breathing exercises that baba Ramdev teaches, along with regular outdoor walks. She continued the same through Winter and this spring, she has had no allergic reaction at all.
I agree that along with medication (if absolutely necessary) to suppress symptoms, it is good to try things like yoga/breathing exercises/meditation for a longer term cure. Can't hurt, the worst case scenario is you still have allergies but are much healthier otherwise.
