Need some advice from experts .


I got a traffic ticket and challenged in court . I got hearing of 30th sept and my insurance is due for renewal on 15 sept . This is my first ticket in my 6 years driving history in this country and spouse has also a clean record. While hunting for insurance I got a steep discount from one company compare to what I am paying at present.

Question is if I switch to new insurance which will start from 15th sept and i Got convicted on 30th will insurance company come to know about this incident bcs I think they have done the record checking before Issuing me the new Insurance.

kindly advice

It might not affect this year's premium but may come around next year as an increase .
