Hi Guys,
I am in planning to go on vacation to Caribbean/Bahamas cruise tour. I need some inforatmaion from you guys who already spent some time there.
I have one boy age 12 years. We are 100% vegetarian. I have some question below :
1) Which cruise you guys suggest for Caribbean/Bahamas?
2) Suggestion for meals at Caribbean/Bahamas cruise?
Planning to go in end of the August 2015....
Thanks you in advance....
Hi, We just came back from the Caribbean cruise. Generally there are two sectors Eastern and Western and during Christmas they mesh the two for common points. Both are good. Typically you will have 2-3 stops where one day is Barbecue on the beach and rest of the places it is town visit.
If you are vegetarian then you will miss 70% of the food choices. But there are enough choices in the three times daily buffet to keep your mind focused on the food. You could also choose to dine in the main dining room to get a la carte meal but the choice on the veg side is really limited. In our case Royal Caribbean provided Indian meal and that also full range for one of our friends who was veg on some days. They really take care of you especially if you mention in your choice veg meal.
Food, coffee, tea, cookies, water available round the clock and all inclusive. Two bottles of wine allowed but other cocktails and alcoholic drinks cost about $12. Non alcoholic cocktails are $4 only.
Generally upto 5 days is enjoyable and then one gets bored of water, food, drinking, totae(beauties in bikinies - dark eye glasses recommended) watching and hot tub/ cold pool soaking. There are thousands of activities 24 hrs a day for all age groups. Ours was a family ship - Freedom of the Seas and it was really very very good. Hope this is enough information.
