Bad luck SA. They deserved to be in finals.
All the best India. My heart says India and mind says Aus. Let's see who wins. I don't think India can defend with such a strong aus batting line up. India would be better chasing. That's what I presume.

So in the end, what does it mean for India in case we reach the finals? Was this result due to D/L scenario in yesterday's match good or bad for India?
In simple terms - who would we prefer to meet in Finals - NZ which is a strong team, or SA who are really strong too, but we beat them in group stage match??
India Australia match is any astrologer's worst nightmare, after all its even steven affair !
But I see NZ holding the world cup.
Our openers and one down had the tendency to nick the ball to slips. They have to see through the first 10 overs even it means only 25/30 but no loss. The bowling line up of Starc, Johnson, Faulkner and Hazelwood looks quite formidable. And they have Shane Watson who too can bowl at 140. Only a strong focus and some luck can make India post a good total.

My heart says India but mind says Australia. I will play the devil's advocate here.
1) I think Australia has too much firepower in stock. Rohit, Dhawan and Raina don't handle short balls well.
2) Rohit has a habit of scoring well in one match and becoming a dud in the next few. He played well in the last match meaning he is due for a single digit score this time.
3) India picked up 70 wickets which were mostly against minnows, saving South-africa. Australia on the other hand, picked up 9 NZ wickets and 10 SL wickets.
4) Bowlers will make the difference. Yadav, Shami and Mohit are not even comparable with MJhonson, Starc and Faulkner in terms of speed and relentless stamina.
5) India has not been tested enough the way Australia and NZ have tested against each other.
I hope all of my above predictions turn out to be false. But, its a good idea to go with no expectations other than enjoying the game.
cheers
Rajagopal.
Glen Maxwell....
I'm always afraid of such batsman who despite of less skills/timing, can smash the ball with their shear power. These kind of batsman can turn the game right into their team favor at any point of time.
I hope we can get him early otherwise its goona be hard to win the game...
I hope he understands that he still has to play & earn (a lot of money) from India by playing in IPLs.....
maybe it would be good if someone makes him remember that..... :-}
