Lets avoid getting personal please .... and avoid using language like 'beating pulp out of him' etc .. does not sound appropriate.

Whatever happens between them is not our problem ... The post asks about cost / expenses & location and let us be specific to that .

It may cost $1500/- to survive in Toronto but not in other places where rentals / real estate is cheaper ... Plus you cannot evict anyone in winter months even legally ...But all that again is not a part of the original post so why delve into that unnecessarily.

FP is the one living in BC and has responded quite closely ..

On a side note , HW36 it is good to see that your duplicate posting issue appears to be resolving ... Please observe when it occurs next & update the specific thread for that and I am sure we will be able to close it.

Evacuation or evicted - make up your mind first :)

You have really lost me on this one - please help me understand it better and I will respond accordingly. For the starter - if a one liner response is needed , why should a I reply in multiple lines ... further responses are given as the conversation proceeds .. obviously there's no way of consolidating them in advance.

What I meant to say is you respond once and immediately post again. See the page 5 here where there are 2 consecutive posts from you. This pattern seems to be very common from you. Instead why can't you take some time, gather all what ever you want to say in one post instead posting repeatedly.

That car dealer analogy was lame. Instead if I ask you to provide you and your family details, bank accounts, do you provide just because I asked for it or rather see my intention of asking and the consequence of giving this detail?

I have re read page 5 as pointed and if you were to re read it they are 2 different responses to 2 independent issues , hence different. I don't think putting 2 different responses which are unrelated in a single post is a good idea .

Why do you find my car dealer analogy lame ? The answer is - it depends -- if some one asks for a vote on the charcha with my family details , I would definitely provide it without thinking twice ... And even if I do not wish to , I would not start elaborating on why the vote is wrong and take the vote to a different direction.
