RBO,
This is India - you never get what you wish for. Remember, UPA that was marred with much of the corruption, scams, and scandals, even with the PM from Cambridge, FM (Chidambaram) and Sibal (HRD, Law, Sci-tech, Communication Ministeries) from Harvards. The results? Total annihilation.
I am not saying the Education is not important. Heck! I am the one that shouts from the rooftop for Smriti Irani's (Education Minister's) credentials and caliber per se. But, you need to look at the demography of Bihar and UP. All the best brains (Civil Services, etc.) leave the State, and what's left is there for all to see. In this scenario, what you get in the Political offices is the complete reflection of the general population. I think, Bihar should still count the blessings for it has Nitish in its helms of affairs, and he made drastic changes during his past regime as a CM of the State.
He should need to take the State forward, and make Education and Infrastructure his utmost priority - Educated Ministers or not!
Lalu is the real worry though.
In the ideal situation, I would love to see BJP to up its game and provide an efficient and workable alternative in the following states for these very State's development: J&K, Bihar, UP, and North East. However, given that some of the Northern States, where they've been in power already (MP and Rajasthan) are still in the sorry state of affairs. This shows, they too are not quite different than Congress, when it comes to the efficient Governance FOR the people.
Politics in India surely is a dirty game. There are no absolutes.
This post has nothing to with how Thug Kejriwal is running Delhi. He might be running is efficiently at least for some Delhities point of view. After all the same people kept electing Shiela Dixit for three terms!
The discussion is about Kejriwal Supporting Lalu. Supporting Lalu is a simple case where Kejriwal has really have nothing do with anti-corruption but he is part of national wide Anti-Modi group that is being built-up. And there is nothing wrong with being a political opponent of someone and aspiring to be a PM. There is also nothing wrong with being partner with like minded people or even unlike minded people to gain political mileage. PDP/BJP Government in J&K is a big example of such extreme joints.
Calling himself corruption crusader and siding Lalu is a definite example of being a Thug. Only Thugs can do two-sided talks.

Hurat Honani Murat!
Have you ever been to Delhi Surti ??? Are you aware of how Delhites are ?
What % is 3/70 ?? .. That's what NaMo got in Delhi front of Kejru without rigging the ballot .

And what s the qualification of Smriti Irani , HRD Minister who makes policies on IITs ??
I think the Indian Constitution does not set any minimum qualification except public support for the appointment of the Ministers ...
