@ Dimple2001 . I have a CMA qualification from Canada
The NAFTA list specifies that for accountants we have to have CMA as one of the designation recognized for TN Visa.
It does not specify any requirements about bachelors degree for CMA holders does this mean that CMA should be sufficient for a professional to be considered for TN Visa?
PratikKothari sir, do not get too much ahead of yourself. You have applied for immigration to Canada yet?
You have not arrived in Canada or become a PR and you are debating TN visa for which you have to become a citizen first. Who knows what the rules might be by then?

1. Some companies ask the 2 questions to filter out candidates and some to know what they are getting into if they make you an offer. Hopefully, the latter applies than the former. Yes, you should answer truthfully as the truth will come out eventually even if you answer incorrectly.
2. Many companies do hire Canadians on TN; hence many are aware. So, in my opinion, a Cdn or US address would not make a difference. However, if you are not a local candidate (within commuting distance), and if they are looking for a local candidate, you'd not be considered. For example, a candidate from Toledo applying for a position in Detroit is not a local candidate; however, a candidate from Windsor would be (strictly by distance).
3. Do not mention anything. If they are interested in you, they will go ahead with you.
4. Recruiters are always a hit or miss. They don't work for you and therefore their attitude will reflect that unless they are interested in your application. A few however are pretty good and tend to be in contact through social media.
