Hi All,

I am having a question about type of cream(Wip Cream, Heavy Cream, Light Cream....etc. etc.), peoples or resturants uses for making curry for Malai Kofta or Butter Chicken.

I use Heavy Cream but then again I ain't no Restaurant Owner
