To attain the heights of GANDHIJI is simply impossible.
To know gandhiji it takes a great amount of thinking else
how can we explain the best brains like EINSTEIN,best patriots like
NETAJI AND SARDAR ,best activists like MARTIN LUTHER JR,best
revolutionists like HO CHE MINH,best crusaders like NELSON MANDELA
all looked at him as great MAN AND INSPIRATION.
His satya, ahimsa, bramhcharya, aparigrah are extremely hard to practise
yet he proved it can be.Instead of studying and implementing to best possible extent his mighty and loafty idesls and achievements in our lives
it is sad that we discuss issues concerning GANDHIJI which needs exalted moral platform to understand. It is like focussing on NETAJI`S
hindi accent leaving aside his himalayan virtues.
To discuss great people one needs great moral pedestal, let us build that first.
Before taking any stand or commenting on the issue one should first read "THE STORY OF MY EXPERIMENTS WITH TRUTH" by Mahatma Gandhi. It clearly brings out his outstanding qualities of intellect, humility and courage.
The book is available for reading at

Man's Best Friend
I have made no comments. I was not aware of the truth. I mean I had heard of this but never really thought it to be true. I had always thought that these were only rumours generated by sick minds to malign someone.
OTOH, I have not made any judgements about Gandhi. Neither does the article say anything bad about him. It is just a factual and unbiased piece of writing. It is for the reader to draw conclusions or impressions if any. I am not denying the greatness of Gandhiji. The article however does provide evidence that like anyone else, Gandhiji too had glaring imperfections, and in an attempt to project his greatness, there has been a concious effort at covering up and hiding his inadequacies. Everyone has good and bad points and it is important to realize that neither in any way negates the other.
