Dear Sir,
During the interview nearly three months ago at CHC Nairobi i was asked to send the coupons along the passports to return the passports as CHC do not make payment for the courier.
When I asked DHL about the coupons, I was told no such things are available. but they do have a system to courier and charge the receiver of the shipment.
I would be grateful if could explain what is coupon and what should I do in this regard.

it's prepaid coupon. you pay dhl, get an empty envelope [prepaid] and send with your package. Nairobi will use it to return your docs.
