Hard Work?
Ohh, lot of our Indian desi doing Hard Work to perform their duty in job, you know it?
They work in night, they work in double shift, they work every week end.
Canada is just for Hard Work, come and try

I agree that hard work is a mandatory ingredient in cooking success in any area/field of occupation. However there are some attributes like 'soft skills' which will go a long way in creating new openings in our lives.
Not to state the obvious but Landed immigrants in my opinion would be lwell advised to spend time getting to know the local culture ,civilities and social ettiquete for thier successful settlement.
