Hi all,

My concern is I have my US visa validity for 10 years(Visitor B1 category)

I travelled to us and came back but i had not submitted my I-94 back as its validity is till March 2005.

But if in case i dont travel before that to US is it necessary to submit my I-94 card back?

If I dont submit and if i want to re enter US in future will it be problm for me?

Please help me out...

Hi,

If you had the intention of staying in Canada for more than 30 days, you should have returned I-94. Less than 30 days only, you can keep the same I-94.

Can i give it to US consulate in Canada?
