Hi
I and my husband got our Canadian Immigration in March'03 and we were there for 4 months then we came to USA due to my husband's job in USA.
I am pregnant and I want to stay in USA till my delivery b'coz it's my high -risk pregnancy and my Doctor is in USA, it's due in December.
My question is that Will there be any problem in going back with our babies in January?
Please suggest the best options.

You won't have a problem because you are PR in Canada. Your child won't have any problem crossing the border if you have all your documentation with you [birth records, doctors/hospital record etc etc].

Many people just crosses border from Canada to USA just for birthing their child in USA. They get US Passport and come back to Canada.
I don't know what they are getting with it? Is there any real advantage of having US Passport?
Someone was telling me that if your child is born in USA, the parents get a chance to live in US.
Is it true?

B'cos the baby will be born in US, so that makes the kid an American Citizen. As you folks already landed in Canada, so no problem whatsoever.
Just for the backup carry the passport of the baby. You can get the passport within a week if you send via Expedite service.

WTF... And you believe that? No way, even if that holds true then every Indian who is living in US would get marry soon and start producing the kids just to stay in US ...
The child born in US automatically becomes US Citizen, but for parents nothing, zip, nada, zero......But when the kid grows up and turns 18 years old, he/she can sponsor the Green card for the parents..
