Anything under 1800 is good. Hope they start something to Mumbai, too.

'parantly they (Air India ) is going to start their fllights to Canada quite soon: so says a li'l bird who flies w/ AI.
The so called direct flight shuld land somewhere for refuelling right? b4 flying over Atlantic.Does anyone know where it stops London or some other cities in Europe?As London requires transit VISA these days.
Anilkumar, A direct flight is a direct flight....i dont think it stops for refuelling anywhere.i am not sure tho.
As for cheap tickets I found aeroflot offerring below $1600 even in this busy season.

Yes it is a direct flight. It goes non stop to Delhi from Toronto with out refuelling. I believe they take the polar route and get jet stream and do not need to refuel.However, while they are coming back to Canada, they stop over in Stockholm for refuelling for around an hour. During this time, no one is allowed to get off the plane and hence you do not require any transit visa.
