Hello Guys,
Despite my aversion, my company wants to send me on a full paid trip to Mumbai on the 17th to 19th of this month.
They are sending me by flight and I will land at 11:35 am on the 17th. I will be staying at the IBIS hotel (at the airport) and will leave on the 19th at 2:40 pm.
Do any CD in Mumbai want to meet / connect?
To the prospective immigrants, I can help them with pointers of how to survive in Canada should they not be in IT , Finance or business.
To the people who have having second thoughts on migrating, may be I can shed more light about Canada.
It will be a good oppertunity to network.

I fail to see the purpose behind this CD meet in Mumbai.
For those CD's already in Canada, you will persuade them to return to shining India.
For those CD's on their way to Canada, you will persuade them to stay back in shining India.
CD's get a better ringside view of you in this forum. why go to a mumbhai hotel?

Guys,
It was a genuine attempt to touch base with CD's on mumbai and nothing else.
I am at Pune on the March 14th (night) to 17th evening. (office fully paid trip for little or no work except to attend a 2 day seminar in a 5 * hotel)
So if any wants to meet up there, then they are welcome too.

We should have a get together here in Canada , TK can join on video conference (from that hotel). I propose Bhootnath will be chairing it , raising the toast.
