Hi,
1.) I stayed in Canada on PR status for 2 years. Now I have formed a Canadian incorporation & I am taking cotracts of Indian firms. For this I have to stay in India. Does my stay in India for Canadian business firm will be counted as stay in Canada when I will apply for citizenship?
2.) Secondly, my spouse & my son came to Canada with me. Does their case will be considered independently for citizenship or it depends on principal applicant?
Regards.
I think it depends on what ratio you have for stay in Canada with stay outside. Stay out of Canada for Canadian Company's business is considered stay in Canada ONLY if such a relationship is not for convenience and only to overcome this mandatory stay.

There are six exceptional circumstances which allow absences from Canada to be treated as resident in Canada.
