Dear All,

I would be coming to Toronto next month (Nov -04), currently working in New Delhi for Wipro on third party payrolls, salary is around 18,000.

Please advise whether i have to take Leaves for 1 month from my current job and then take a chance in Canada OR do i have to resign fron my present Job and test my lcuk in Canada.

I am asking this question because somebody told me that NO due Certificate \ Exp. certi. is very important to get a job in canada. In this case , if i will take a leave for 1 month then i will not be getting No dues\ Exp. certificate from my Company.

Please help.

I have not heard of any one being asked a written no dues or expierience certificates for jobs here in canada. They definelty need references from previous place of work.

The employer will usually call the person and speak with them to find out more about you. Have 3 \ 4 good references ready. Also keep the references updated about your intentions..
