Hi All,
I have just moved to Canada since 2 months,is it possible to apply for my wife who is in India even though i am unemployed at the moment. How long will the process take and will she have to undergo an interview?

If you are in Canada as a PR, you can sponsor her. It'll take approximately two months; but more if interviewed [may be four months]. You don't need income to sponsor her.
