Hello,

Hope all are doing well and progressing in their respective cases !

I just came to know from CIC that if my wife gets SINP nominated, then I being her spouse, become eligible to apply for an OPW.

My question is (CIC failed to answer it) what all do I need to show when I apply for an OPW apart from my wife's docs. I am currently unemployed but should that make a difference when I am applying for an OPW ?

Rest bank balance, property evaluation etc is fine with me.

Pls answer !

Thanks.

Here is where you should look for, where a few more applicants post and you should ask them too. These people are going through and are in an advanced state.

This is just a guide, use this to find out what are all of the documents that you will be looking for and information that needs to get filled, prior to your application gets into the processing section. They will be forwarding to you a complete set of the Immigration Papers when you you will be eligible to apply and get through the Medicals etc., wait till you get them. Also. you should have them shortly.

The link that you have given for canadavisa.com has been started by me only. They are not in advanced state. Only wock has applied and not through yet. rest all are lost there, if you can see.

Please dont comment when you don't know the situation completely. My spouse could never have applied for me as this type of application has to be made OUTSIDE CANADA ONLY by the outland spouse. read CIC and wock's reply. also she is not under A,O, category and hence I was never eligible before she gets her SINP nomination. now that she has got it last week, i can apply, that too only after her work permit gets extended so i have to wait for her work permit extension that is now under process.

You could be 'wock' or bhalochele, Tom, Dick or Harry. It matters very little to me and if you do not like my telling you what your spouse or you should do, then just ignore the posting and carry on very smartly.

On the 13th of October your spouse did not get nominated for her 'SINP' and you posted asking for the details as what all you should show, when you apply for an Open Work Permit?

My answer to you was to refer to "TRACKITT" and the other websites and post your comments and ask for all of the details and since some of them have AOR and and a few have gone through the medicals etc., it would be to your advantage to ask them and find out the complete details from them. **

You cannot take out your frustrations on to a person who is trying to help you, just because your spouse could not get her papers processed at the Saskatchewan end in the past Four months. It stands to reason, because there are others who have priority over your spouse's application'

""Common Questions""

""Why are there differences in processing times among categories?

Application processing times differ due to the prioritization of skilled worker applications and the time required for verifying documents and information. The time to verify documents can differ due to the need to engage third party organizations or other agencies. Other factors that affect processing times are the number of applications received (the number that can be processed is limited to an annual allotment to the province from the federal government) and the length of time an applicant takes to respond to requests for information.

Applications with a high skill (NOC “A”, “B” and “O”) job offer of permanent full-time employment are processed on a priority basis. This policy supports the labour market as a means to sustain long-term economic growth in Saskatchewan.""

You are providing information in trickles for anyone to help you, as you are opening up multiple threads all over the Canadian Desi website and providing insufficient information at each juncture, like what you are doing now in this thread.

You should have contacted these posters on TRACKITT for more information.
** Weyburn from India SINP
SMohan 12 From India SINP
Kittu007 From India SINP

Even in the Canada Visa Website, as "WOCK", you have left the others to dry out, without answering the question on OWP (Open Work Permit) because you are not very sure as to what they should do to obtain it.

You are posting the same question on to CD here with the same question and trying to find out what it is that you must do to obtain one. Very smart man.

DO YOU REALLY WANT TO KNOW?

Mmmmmm. Let me see. Have you ever heard of BED OF NAILS? If you have, then Go and sit on one.

Good Luck to you.

To get ahead in life you will need more skills. Hope you have them or generate them in life to get ahead and move on from here. Life will teach you a lot and you will learn as time progresses. This will not be the last one.

I have more language skills than you do and it goes to show how much you understand when I say " DIDN'T SOME ONE BLOW IN HER EARS?"... I know it is disgusting to you, because that is how much you have learned in your English Class.

It is your prerogative to post to any board you want and under any name you want to post to it. Had you not told us here and disclosed it, we would have never known "that identity" of yours. That is why I said you are a smart man.
Now we know how smart you are too.

It is individuals like you who discourage people to come to websites and post answers, either good or bad and the best you have done here is for me to stop posting to this Canadian Desi Website from today.

I am sure the WEBMASTER will read your post too and will do the needful here and STOP you from posting to this website from today. You have crossed the line here and the posting etiquette.

SO, Good Bye to you.

FH
