Hello,
I understand form your June news letter that a person gets 10 - 15 points if he has a job offer and HRDC has approved the same, can some one work in that period before he gets his Immigration based on HRDC.

If you are asking whether one can work in Canada, the answer is 'NO' because arranged employment is not a work permit. Only work permit allows you to work right away.

I understand that one will need work permit to work in Canada, but can one apply for work permit to work in a organisation other than the one which has got him HRDC approval. If does so will his 15 points from HRDC for Immigration get affected?
The confusion here is I came here on Student Visa and then got a HRDC approval and applied for Immigration, I am also eligible to have 1 year work permit for Post grad students, but if I take to work will my 15 points get affected for Immigration???
Regards

Dude
It won't affect your immigration points coz HRDC approval fro arranged employment is a 'promise' to employ you after you become landed. You can take advantage of the 1 yr work permit now.
