What Dates are taken in consideration by Auto Insurance co. while calculating driving experience. In my case my DAbstract shows Driving experience from 1990 I took G1 in 2000 and G2-G in 2002.Which dates they are looking at now in this case..?

If it is in India, then it won't be counted.
However, if it is in the US, then some insurers will consider it.
Other countries like UK and Australia are sometimes considered, but not very often.
Regardless, all insurers in Canada will consider driving experience from the date your got your first Canadian license (whether G-1, G-2 or G).

Just to give you an example of how crazy the insurance industry is - I have a colleague who is Canadian born and grew up in Ontario.
He got his driving license when in school at the age of 16.
After he graduated, he left Canada to work in the UK.
He has moved back to Canada after almost 25 years now.
When he went to get insurance for his cars (1 car and 1 minimvan) he was told that he qualifies for a good driver discount (no accidents, tickets or claims ever).
He said " but I have never driven in Canada".
The insurer said that it does not matter....you are still a great driver

Called TD they said will take in account driving experience and not only canadian licence.
