Why would they reject CDN 800,000 coming into the country

"The Immigrant Investor Program seeks to attract experienced persons and capital to Canada. Investors must demonstrate business experience, a minimum net worth of CDN $800,000 and make an investment of CDN $400,000."

In Quebec programe did they count spouse's assets and kids assets in net worth calculation or not ?

In Federal Programe also please inform ??

After submission and acceptance of case, can i start living in Canada, and start doing some business.

I know that I can do business even on tourist visa, but in this tax structure is very high. But after submission of my case, can it be consider as local citizen's business, so that income tax structure can be same as local citizen.

You may. It is not automatic. It requires careful submissions.
