Obviously, you haven't either.......

The OECD member countries are primarily North American and West European. The study principally addressed the OECD member countries.

I am wondering that how come HongKong-China, Korea, Japan and Thailand are in North America / Western Europe? I know you would tell that in your post you had mentioned 'Primarily' so does not mean 'only' but I believe that India / Pakistan are not on the other planet. If HongKong-China can be considered, why not India?

If you look at the following link, in its third line.....sorry second line of the page it clearly says that Brazil,China and Russian Federation are not OECD member countries.

Good to see that you have now read a bit of the survey.....

The countries that you have referenced were partner countries for the purposes of this particular project and participated in the project. The majority of the countries included in the study though (30 out of 41) were OECD member countries.

India or other south asian countries may not have participated simply for logistical reasons - the only way to know the actual reason would be send an email to the OECD and ask rather than suggesting that it is some kind of 'conspiracy'.

Well, glad to know ke aapne "dil pe nahi liya". :D Your post made me feel otherwise.

Secondly, answer the following questions

1) Did the article not mention who the source was? Maybe it would have helped to re-read the article instead of making a statement like that?

2) Secondly, what does OECD have to do with Cdn. govt.? Could you please explain me the connection, I still don't get it.

3) Where is the "critical analysis" that you speak of? I didn't see any. All I saw was a descripiton of the article and your statement in CAPS.

Now I can take this artcile about freezing rain and say

IS THIS ANOTHER GIMMICK BY OPPONENTS OF CANADIAN IMMIGRATION TO DISCOURAGE IMMIGRANTS FROM EVER COMING TO CANADA BY ADVERTISING THIS KIND OF WEATHER??

Really, to me its equally irrelevant.

Couple of more questions, :p

1) Would you have reacted in the same way had you known the families of the kids who participated in the test? Would you go and tell them

'COULD IT BE ANOTHER MARKETING GIMMICK BY CANADIAN GOVERNMENT SUPPORTED BY ORGANIZATIONS SUCH AS OECD AND THE MEDIA TO LURE MORE AND MORE IMMIGRANTS IN 'SKILLED LABOUR' CATEGORY BY GIVING THEM A LOLIPOP OF 'ONE OF THE BEST EDUCATION IN THE WORLD' FOR THEIR KIDS?'

Or would you congratulate them?

2) What will be your reaction if you found out that majority of representation from Canada was Asian/South asian?

Are you there?
