I am involved with a Charitable organization that helps children with different types of mental/psychological conditions.

I have been pondering on ways to raise some money for them.

I would like to know whether you would be willing to pay a small fee [may be between $5 to 10$] per question answered by me.

The Charity will be clearly mentioned with all references etc so that there's no perception that I am financially benefitting. This way I donate my time for a good cause and you benefit too.

I am very interested to hear your views and receive any feedback.

Also please vote using the attached poll. Thank you very much for your response.

Sir,
I have 3 questions on this topic.
1) If person does not agree to pay $5, you do not answer that querry.
2) How do a person outside Canada pay you for the service.
3) Follow-up question will also be charged (donation).

and a suggestion: People across globe do not trust online payment. How do you over come this concern.

Your efforts are appreciated.

1. No, donation will be optional

2. If can't pay, won't pay [not compulsory]

3. Please see 1 above.

Security concern: By built in reputable secure online payment processing.

I woud pay for sure.

1) It will stop people from mis-using the service. Many times, people don't bother to search the existing information and repeat questions that have been answered a gazillion times already.

If they have to pay, maybe they will.

2) If I can afford to, why not? Its such a small amount anyways. And its worth every penny if it clears my doubt and allows me to move forward with my process.

The fact that this is for charity and the payment is voluntary just go to show what a nice guy you are, Massood.

What a nice initiative, Massoodji.

I too am involved with a charitable organisation and where I am I understand the difference the equivalent of $5 - $10 can make. It is not how much money, that matters( though frankly it does) but the general attitude.

This is a sincere effort , specially after a total one sided input from Massoodji with his invaluable and timely advise. I feel as desi's we should uphold the initiative.Hope the Ask the Immigration Expert section does not dry out.

regards,

Worship
