You will find most of the answers in previous discussions on this website.
Search for importing car, proof of funds, transferring money and luggage and you will find links to lots of older discussions.

PR card is automatically applied for you.
You should receive it within 2 months at the address you provide when landing.

Other than that, you should get your Canadian Driver's License.
It is very important piece of ID and since you are moving from the US, you should be able to simply exchange the license.

Another very important thing is the SIN number - apply for that at the nearest HRDC office as soon as you can.

Depending on the province you are settling in, you may be able to apply for the provincial health coverage right away or wait for the stipulated time (3 months in ON).

Bank accounts are easy to open.
Walk into any bank and ask to see any available agent, or book an appointment.

So I dont need to worry on PR, all i need would be SIN Cards ,bank acct and Drivers ID, along with Health coverage, Can you or someone shred light on how to attain health coverage once i am in BC

PR Cards: If you have an address in Canada, give the immigration people at the border your address and you will receive your PR card there. If you dont have an address they will give you a form which you have to fax to them once you have an address.
SIN Card: Go to your local HRDC office in person and fill out a simple form. Carry your landing papers and Passports with you. Your SIN card will be sent to you within 2-3 weeks.
Bank Account: With (or without) your SIN# go to any bank and ask to speak with a CSR they will help you in choosing an account (a minimum balance may be required to avoid service fees). Else try www.pcfinancial.ca - they will open a checking (and savings) account without any service fees. If you dont have a SIN when you open an account, make sure you go back to your Bank as soon as you get your SIN and update your account.
Drivers License: If you are going to go back to the US after landing, you probably do not want to get a Canadian License as they will take your US license.
Health Coverage: Dont know about BC. Cant help you there. Check with your relatives.

The Landing Papers come along with your Passport. The Visa is stamped on your PP and you need to enter the country before the visa expires. If you have paid the ROLF there are no other fees at this point. If/when you import a car the car import fees will apply.
