post graduate work permit ?

I read post about people applying for post graduate work permit . Can someone please explain .....if Canada has a tier system of work permit ? I have a post graduate diploma in management from India , am I eligible for this work permit ?

It is only for those students who did study (graduated) in Canada..
That is why it's called as Post graduate work permit.
