Can anyone has a practical experience or knowledge of being a Canadian Permanent
Resident but have given a birth to their child in US.I know the child will be a US Citizen but is the parents allowed to stay in US by getting a change in their status from a Toursit Visa to some other category.Please include your email address.

Having a child born in the US does not grant the parents any additional rights or change in visa status.
They must leave the country as soon as their NIV visa expires - even if it is one day later !
In some cases, an EOS may be approved by the BCIS based on this fact if the parents were on B-2 visa.
I don't think the work visas (H-1B, L-1, etc.) can be extended on this basis, but if this is the case, the parents can file for a COS alongwith the EOS - may or may not be approved, but it will buy them additional time.
BTW, there is a separate category for posting US immigration related question. If you look on the Charcha list of groups, you will see the USA group. This group is only for Canadian immigration questions.

No incentive to parents for a US citizen born child . When he is 18 he can sponsor you for living in US under family quota

If Candian PR parents working in US on H1Bgive birth to the child in US after they have completed landing, and want to move back permanantly to Canada can they take their kid along ? how will the kid get Canadian PR ?
I know the kid will have US passport so will not need visitior visa, but is it ok for Canadian PR parents and US Citizen child on tourist visa to enter Canada together ? Can parents sponsor the child once in Canada ? Will kid be given health insurance ?
If kid is sent temporarily to India how long will CIC-Delhi take to grant kid Canadian PR ?
