Good Day,
Could any one please advice on the following:
I received an interview waver asking the following information:
a. Medical
b. Certified true copies of the employer in canada
c. Police Clearence from India, US & Canada.
d. Bank Statements with sufficient funds.
I got a job in Canada in Jan, got Job visa stamped and was in Canada for 4 days. Given pending projects with my exising comp in US and without solid status in Canada, I did not want to move to canada until I get my GC and convinced the canadian company saying the same .
After 4 days in Toronto, I came back to US and continued my job with US company.
Questions:
1 Since I did not work in Canada , I cannot produce any other than the offer letter and job visa . Will this be a problem?
2. What am I supposed to produce the Consulate Buffalo, regarding b. Certified true copies and PCC from Canada?
3. How can I get PCC from Canada for my 4 days stay in Toronto?
4. Any info on Medical will be very usefull. I am following the cic web site and I am woundering what info do I need to send them along with my PCC & Bank statements ? I mean does the Dr. who does the medical test will communicate to officials or do I need to send any info saying so?
5. They did not ask me to pay Landing Fee. Will they get back to me or should I enclose it any way?
Please advice
Regards to all you folks out there.
Rao
