Although i visit Vanc all the time, i would be moving to Vanc with my PR card

If someone could tell me where do i need to go to apply for my SIN Card and MEDICAL filing that would be great.

Also which bank would be a better one, Do they require references or SIN info, since initially i wont have it

I would be moving to Surrey BC
