Moving from USA to Canada with family?

I am working in and a permanent resident of USA. I am considering moving to Canada. I would like to know about what all factors to be considered before deciding. How difficult will it be to immigrate to Canada and especially if I would like to bring my family? Does the newly started express entry programs apply in my case? My friend suggested to advertising references removed any immigration lawyers like xxxx]. Are they good? Is there any suggestion to where else should I contact to get more info?

Hey adam,
Did you just have 4 hours of sleep. I find you back now after 4 hours.
Was waiting for you to see when you will come.
It is 6:00pm here now. I generally leave at 7:00 pm and start CD at 11:00 pm when all my relatives go to sleep.
