I have a favor to ask of anyone living in Ottawa, may be close to

I am applying for my mothers UAE police clearance certificate and she needs to get her fingerprint form legalized by the above mentioned office. If I submit this form by courier then it will take a month for them to authorize it. But if it is taken to the above office in person then it will be authorized the same day. I live in Toronto. I was wondering if any kind soul would offer to take my mothers fingerprint form to the above office in person and get it authorized, if I courier to you. I know it is asking for too much but I have no choice as I have to submit this police clearance to Canadian embassy in 30 days.

I donot know why you canot do it yourself. You live in Toronto and it is just a 5 hour drive there. They have 2 time slots available and the process takes just 5 mins.
I was there last week and it is not big deal. This is ottawa and not some vancouver or Fort McMurray.
KumarM used to live in Ottawa. Now he lives in Hyderabad and hence you canot use his services. May be KumarM can give you his friend's contact.

If you pay for my expenses, I can do it for you myself but likewise, it will cost you much less, if you did the errand yourself.
On the otherhand, you may look to see if they will accept Ministry of Govt. services attestation in Toronto. That is a similar procedure.
Hope you know that the foreign affairs in Ottawa, only auntheticates the Notary's seal and nothing else. Ontario MGS service also does the same thing..
