Hi Guys,
I am fighting my speeding ticket. I am following guideline on http://www.ticketcombat.com/step4/howtofile_hard.php site.
I had requested discolosure but never received it. I sent reminder but still not received. I am planning to send form 4F for stay on trial. I found the form on following site.
http://www.ontariocourtforms.on.ca/english/civil
Form has been created in 2007. There are Fax numbers for Attorney general of ontario and Attorney general of Canada.
How can I confirm these are right Fax numbers to send form 4F? (So, there should not be any issue on trial date)
Anyone has recently use this form?
Anything else I need to Fax them? if yes, please let me know it is optional or not.
Thanks,

Called both the fax numbers and found that they are indeed connected to faxes.
Whether it belongs to the attorney general or not, cannot be confirmed.

The internal directory at Attorney General list 416-326-4015 as the fax #. If you still want to be sure, call the General Inquiry: 416-326-4460 to confirm
