How valued are complaints to CIC if you are a co-sponsor but are forced to sponsor your in laws to save your marriage? What is the probability of getting the immigration and also visitor visa if you have filed a complaint that your inlaws intention of visiting is never to return as they have no strong ties to their home country Pakistan and my mother in law has had a three time US visit visa rejection. Their primary motive is immigration through their son's marriage.

A phone conversation with CIC might be more effective. They might ask for all the names of the people involved and may request you to follow up your complaint in writing. Whether or not they will deny your in-laws immigration apps will remain to be seen.
Finally, it's upto you to decide whether you want to remain in this marriage or not.

above statement is very true, you have to decide nobody else will help on that. If you feel that you can not tolerate more and you are not going adjust in situation than go ahead and take a decision.......
