Toronto PR landing with visiting inlaws

Hi Dimple2001 and seniors,

I need one more help. If I land in Niagara Falls Ontario, can i specify a Montreal address for the PR Cards? I do not have any friends in Toronto but in Montreal. Will the immigration officer be able to send the PR cards to Montreal address? Also, is it ok to tell the immigration officer that I intend to stay in Canada only for a week? Will it affect my PR cards being mailed? I see different versions in the internet and confused. Thanks!
