I just graduated and finished my bachelor's in usa.I am planning to go back to india to get married this month.My fiancee is canadian citizen and I have indian passport.Can you please tell me if after marriage she has to come back to canada to fill the immigration papers for me or this can be done in india itself.Also what are the timescales for the process as I am very nervous and have no idea what to expect.

she doesn't have to come back to canada. Time-frame has been approx. 7 weeks for some of our clients [mostly 12 weeks though]
