I would be really grateful if you can guide me.I just returned to India after graduation in usa.I am getting married in 15 days and my going to be wife is canadian citizen.I want to know who can really guide us here in Chandigarh,INDIA so that we can start the immigration process asap.Also, we are very concerned that she might have to come back to Canada to start the paperwork.Let me know if we can stay here together in INDIA and she does not have to come back to Canada.What are the timelines in cases like ours.I have already gotten my FBI clearance while I was in USA.Thank you.

This post seems very familiar. She does not have to come back to Canada to sponsor you. Process can be as quick as 6 weeks and max. approx 9 months.
