G1 & G2 system is in ont and not through out Canada. for e.g in sasketchwan it is only one test and no waiting period to give exam.
Now saskatchewan/Manitob licensee moving to California have to appear for exm again but ontario license is convertible without exam.
Please do not generalize rule on ontario as Canadian rule and rule on one state in the U.S is U.S rule. Be careful rules are different in every state in U.S as weel as Canada. As an example in Alberta there is no PST while here we have to pay.
