I am sponsered by my maternal uncle in June 2003.I got my interview date 14th feb 2004.I could not get visa of paris so i could not attened interview. Immigration office is ready to send interview call again in last month of Dec-2005. But in between yesterday..15th july 205 my maternal uncle died.So can i get 5 points of adaptibility?Still i have 5 points ?or they will not considered sponsered leter of my uncle now onwrads?plz answer me soon.

The law says your uncle should be LIVING in Canada.
