Can I sponsor my sisiter who is around 35 years old ( unmarried)? or she has to apply under Independent category as CIC website says
you may also sponsor one relative of any age if you do not have an aunt, uncle or family member from the list above who you could sponsor or who is already a Canadian citizen, Indian or permanent resident
My parents are in India & they are not intrested of coming to Canada.Can I use above clause for sponsoring my sister?

I called up CIC to check this clause. Their version is that, if you have wife or children here who entered Canada as your dependent then you are not entitled to use this clause.
Your sister has to apply in regular catagory but she will get family points
