We have got our medical done on 29/12/2004 (for myself and spouse) and for child on 13/07/2005. We sent 3 passports for visa stamping on 26th July, 2005. Till now no news and even confirmation from CHC, wheather they received the PP or not, we sent them email and fax also but no reply. My qs. is How we can check our status and When CHC send back our PP after stamping along with Landing Paper, How much time CHC takes?. Our time will be finish by 30 Nov. 2005. We applied thru one agency they are also not responding and says new ruleing came, that is client have to send PP to CHC and all. Please Help Us...thanks in advance.

Did you send passports through reputed courier or Registered AD?

If yes, then do not worry. It takes about 4 to 6 weeks to get passports back.

You should be getting them anytime now, latest around 7th September.

Take care of phone also. Sometimes CIC can ring up for any last minute information.

Also get ready to move, mentally atleast (But do not do any expense/ do not sell property etc. just now.)

If you have got your medical done on 29/12/2004 most probably you will have to land on or before 28/12/2004. It seems the delay is due to medical of your child. Just check out with doctor whether he has sent the report. Sometimes they take over a month to send papers

Why are you saying that your time will be finish by 30 Nov. 2005?
