Online submission of Visitor Visa application using CIC a/c

Hi
When I visited Dixie Bloor Neighborhood for Notray, the lady there told me to upload all the documents online using my CIC a/c for my parents visitor visa.
I did the same and now I got an email fromCIC asking for their passports submission.
My Questions are:
1) If anyone has applied online on CIC website like this,
2) If yes, where should they send the passports ; to VFS???

You must have also filled in an application with their names etc., and also giving them their (Your Parents) Passport details also. Now all of the details are on file with CIC and also VHS. So, hit the nearest VFS (Global) closest to you there in India and produce the Passports with the required fees and obtain the visa. Ask for multiple entry, if you really need the same, OR did you ask for Super Visa?

Also there is a form there, provided to the people to fill in, it is about the travel details if they have gone out of India and returned. All of the technical details will be in the Passports. (Old and New) Provide them the details also, if they give that particular form for filling. Please pay them couriering fees and ask them to send it Express, after visa stamping.

Book your tickets upon receipt of the Passport.
