BL/ Mr Masood
I have a question for Immigration Pundits regarding a colum in Care in Giver application which says whether the "foreign Live in Caregiver" is related to the Employer.
What an Employer must answer :
a) If says "yes" will it help in getting work permit visa? or hinders
b) Just keep quite "dont have to say anything" will it benefit to get workpermit visa/or does it disqualifies?
Would like to seek your advice.
Thanks in advance.
Shan
Tell the truth. Silence can be interpreted as omission of a material fact resulting in misrepresentation.
If you & the prospective caregiver meet the requirements, you should not worry. If work permit is refused despite all requirements being met, seek advice from an immigration lawyer [not consultant].

Thank you Masoodji for the advice.
I have one more question to ask -
The Employer must have certain financial status:
If the wife is unemployed, will she be able to hire the Live-in-Caregiver.
Could it be husband as an emplyer because he is in better financial status.
Does that matter?
Thanks in advance.
if wife is unemployed, makes the case for hiring a nanny a bit weak, don't you agree?
