Consider this...the concept of time is relative and is a manmade one. So infact one can(given the correct physical conditions) travel in time(atleast according to scientists like Einstein). By that logic, its not totally impossible to exist in two places at the same moment(present time and future time... using these terms to make it easier to comprehend my point). What we do not know is possible is if one can be aware of those multiple existences OR if they run parallel to each other. Also its not known if we(soul?) can exist in different forms @ the same time(as is in this case?)
OR yeah...its all a scam.
I'm open to both(or even more) possibilities that may exist.

Few years ago I read a similar story. A boy from the age of two in Srilanka saying that he was the ex president of the country "Premadasa. ".
He was killed etc..etc. He even could, recollect some of the personal things of the ex president.
I don't know what happend afterwords. Wonder why there is no follow up from the press.
Think of it, if time travel is possible, we might already be doing so.

exactly my point

This is intersting stuff. I had a very distant relative in Ahmedabad, India whose kid at the age of 7 started talking about his previous birth.
He mentioned he was a fighter pilot and that he had died in a plane crash. I never met him but from what I heard, he could talk about MIGs like no 7 year old could. He also wnated to travel to Dehradun to meet his wife and kid.
The Dad got really scared about this prospect, didn't allow it and the kid forgot about this in a year or so...
Not sure what happened after, I don't know anything about this guy now. But if true, there's no other explanation to this than rebirth....
