parbroiled rice (cos I was thinking to myself what the HECK is this?) is actually called \"converted rice\"
You can get \"uncle ben's converted rice \" from your local grocery store. Its in the rice section.

Well there is no such thing as "brown" converted rice..only converted which apparently is a medium between white and brown rice.
