Hi Guys
I have googled for information on Ashok Pillar but have not got a good website which has accurate , precise and well put up information.
Can anyone suggest something.

dfwrp, the link u posted is for iron pillar near Qutub minar and not Ashok pillar.
Ashok pillar is in Sarnath, the Ashok Chakra the indian emblem is taken from the Ashok pillar.

All these sites have brief info for tourists . I need detailed info for a Gora colleague. Specially about the metallurgy of the pillar etc.
