Try with Onkar travels and Gill Internationals, if you google these names you will get their phone numbers
Advance Bonvoyage
Contact Hemant at sky link on 416 745 0000
Call Sureshbhai at Skyland travel. It is in Scarborough. You can get phone number from yellow pages.
I have called many popular travels i.e Gill, Ashok, Payless, Onkar etc, but skyland rates are the cheapest.
In the past I have bought tickets from Gill International (near Pearson Airport) and have received excellent quotes and service.
However, this time I got the most competitive quotes from Air Canada website directly (Toronto-Zurich-Delhi) $1674 all inclusive (base price $1485) for Dec./Jan. I booked the tickets online.
Alitalia was cheaper by about $120 or so but I've heard some real horror stories; also I didn't want to change the plane with 2 kids in tow.

Yes, prices include all taxes/charges. You will get paper ticket in mail before your travel date. While buying on Air Canada website, do check the prices many times as I see they change the taxes frequently (don't understand the reason).
Don't forget to take aeroplan miles, as in one return trip to India, you can get $100 HBC card free or free air ticket to nearby city.
