My CREED kicks in before I start on letter. I read Ashokved's letter, analysed it, and did some mental math. I try and see what criminality that he is wanting to break here. I do know that he cannot.
DO YOU?
Ashokved, wanting to know any ways and means of 'legally' extending the process is all that I answered back with.
NOW, do YOU know an illegal ways of proving that they were in Canada and for an extended period such as two years? Unless he clones himself and sends the OTHER him down to Canada??
I don't.
Then, where is the place in which I helped him break the rules or the LAW??
You are picky picky. AND You are way over your head.
DO YOU KNOW WHY??
I DO.

Get off that high horse.
AND I AM NOT ON THE STAND AND I DON'T HAVE TO JUSTIFY MY STATEMENTS. THEY stand on their own merit and SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES.

Freddie.

Freddie,

Obviously you have a problem with English. You need to read your paragraph and understand what it means.

I am glad you don't know of any illegal ways, you would be dangerous. And for your information, I do know of illegal ways to do this.

And by the way, your statements do not stand for themselves. Otherwise you would not need to explain them in this manner. And yes, you have to justify them to me and others here, or risk the wrath of BIG VEE!

Finally, it is my HORSE. I can stay on it as long as I want.

Cheers!
BV

Big Vee,

I know where you are coming from.

I hear you loud and clear.

This is your HORSE.

And I have to GET OFF.

Why didn't you say that from the start.

We didn't have to go through this charade.

WHOA.

THE HORSE HAS STOPPED.

I AM OFF.

Dear Son-of-india stop shouting and answer this – How is Ashok cheating Canada? Why are all Indian’s getting a bad name incase he decides not to come after getting his PR? It is his choice & he is within his right not to come. There is a delay in getting immigration – well he also waited for a few years

dear it seems u didnt get me properly....everyone knows that after getting 'pr' schooling is almost free in canada....somone wants to take that advantage ....at the expense of the tax paying imigrants there....or they can have free medical facilities ....at imigrants expense....that guy wants to milk the cow in canada and drink the milk in dubai.....wat i mean to say ;it do spoils the chances of future immigrants..by the fraud intentions ....canada needs immigrants...so they opened the doors for the third world countries people....they dont need chief guest types of immigrants.....who think they are obliging canada by accepting the immigration....:D :cuss: ...hope u got me now....and plz stop defending these types of immigrants.....if the guy decides not come to canada...it wud be gud for all of us....

While some are ready to play visa officers not only for Canada but also for the countries in the Middle East, the visa officers sitting within the fortified walls in Chanakyapuri themselves must be having hearty laugh.
Heard this about a gentleman sitting near an open well and counting “58, 58, 58”. A curious onlooker went near him and asked him what was it, that he was counting, The next moment, he went hurtling down the well and the gentleman was counting “59, 59, 59”.
May be the visa officers' count now is much higher, say “100,058”.

Hi Ashok

The champion of ethics, have derailed this thread and diverted the focus.

As an ex-dubaitee I understand your problems. You are right, when you say that you do not want to start all over again. It's natural that you wish best for your family. The only straight way for you is send your family here and you be there. Keep visiting Canada once a year or so. In this way in the worst scenario you will loose your pr status after 3 years, before doing that immigration might warn you of loosing the pr status, at that point you can think what you should do.

Imagine your pr got cancelled, by the time which is after 3 years your family will be more settled, and they too can sponser you.

Finally life here is tough, I have seen few families who came, bought house etc. and then went back. Morever you need to work twice as hard for less than half of the salary, and guess what it's diffcult to get that type of job too easily. Depends on your profession ofcourse.

Goodluck to you
